Following a free telephone consultation, we will discuss if I am able to offer your child the help you are looking for or not.

We will agree the type of assessment/therapy required.

The terms and conditions must be signed and returned on or before the first visit.

I will arrange an assessment at home or at my therapy room.

An invoice will be sent for payment by BACS the day before the assessment.

I will carry out the assessment with your child and liaise with significant adults as required. NB a parent or carer must be present.

I can complete any written reports as required.

An appropriate therapy package will then be agreed for ongoing input.
